GRAINZYME YIELD
Grainzyme YIELD is a food grade liquid formulation of concentrated xylanase and beta-glucanase produced from a classical fungal strain. It contains high activities of xylanase, beta-glucanase and abundant side activities, which work effectively on the hydrolysis of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP).
Grainzyme YIELD is specially designed for wet-milled wheat starch processing according to the NSP components. It can effectively reduce the starch slurry after mashing, make the gluten-starch separation more efficient, improve the yield of gluten, and improve the purity of A-starch.

PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Working pH range 4.0-7.0, optimum 5.0-5.5;Temperature 30-80°C ,favorable at 55-65°C .
