FERMENTASE HX
Fermentase HX is a food grade upgraded concentrated Glucoamylase preparation [EC3.2.1.3] derived from refined fungal strain through cultivation and submerged fermentation technique.
Fermentase HX is widely used in the industry of distillery, fuel ethanol, beer brewing, organic acid and some other industries for Saccharification process. It works extremely well when used in simultaneous Saccharification fermentation (SSF) process.
FUNCTION PRINCIPLE
It rapidly hydrolyzes terminal 1,4 α-D-glucose bonds and slowly hydrolyzes 1,6 α-D-glucose bonds successively from non-reducing ends of the starch chains with release of β-D-glucose.
PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Working pH range 3.0-6.0, optimum 4.0-4.5;Temperature 30-65°C, favorable 55-60°C
DOSAGE GUIDELINE
250-450mL of Fermentase HX per ton of dry grain material. (Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)
