BREWZYM AGL
Brewzym AGL is a food grade liquid Glucoamylase [EC3.2.1.3] derived from classical strain of Aspergillus niger through cultivation and submerged fermentation technique.
Brewzym AGL is widely used in the industry of distillery, fuel ethanol, beer brewing, organic acid and some other industries for Saccharification process. It works extremely well when used in simultaneous Saccharification fermentation (SSF) process by adding directly to the fermenter with Yeast.

PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Working pH range 2.5-5.5, optimum 4.0-4.5;Temperature range 30-70°C, favorable at 60-65°C.
DOSAGE GUIDELINE
0.5-0.8kg of Brewzym AGL per ton of dry starch material.
