FERMENTASE APS
Fermentase APS is a food grade highly concentrated Acid Protease derived from refined microorganism strain through cultivation and submerged fermentation technique.Fermentase APS hydrolyzes proteins efficiently under low pH conditions.
Used in ethanol/alcohol production, it improves ethanol fermentation rates and increase ethanol yield for corn, milo or wheat based substrates. It provides more essential yeast nutrients by hydrolyzing gross protein into amino acids, peptides and free amino nitrogen.

PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Working pH range 2.5-5.0, optimum 3.0-3.7;Temperature 30-50°C ,favorable at 40-47°C .
DOSAGE GUIDELINE
10-15mL of Fermentase APS(150,000u/mL) per ton of cereal material.(Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)
