WINZYME MX
WINZYME MX is a unique combination of thermostable ß-mannanase and endo-1,4-D-xylanase, made by advanced deep ventilating fermentation method.
ß-mannanase is effective in degrading antinutritional factors known as ß-mannans commonly present in poultry feeds whereas xylanase can degrade xylan long chain to xylan short chain or xylooligosaccharide. Another advantage of WINEZYME MX is that its maximum activity is recovered at pH 5.5 to pH 7.0.
