SQZYME BAL
SQzyme BAL is a food grade Bacterial Alpha-Amylase enzyme [EC3.2.1.1] made from the refined strain of Bacillus subtilis through liquid submerged fermentation.
SQzyme BAL is applied broadly for liquefaction by producing soluble dextrin and small amount of maltose and glucose from starch in the industry of Alcohol, Distillery, beer and starch.

PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Working pH range 5.8-7.0, optimum 6.0-6.5; Temperature 60-90°C , favorable at 60-70°C .
DOSAGE GUIDELINE
0.18-0.3kg of SQzyme BAL per ton of dry starch material.(Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)
