GALAZYME
GALAZYME is an α-Galactosidase enzyme [EC 3.2.1.22] derived from advanced fungal strain through submerged fermentation and refined extraction technology. It can hydrolyze α-galactoside links of raffinose and stachyose, and verbascose into sucrose, contained in leguminous plant such as soybean meal, rapeseed meal, sunflower seed meal, palm meal and coconut meal. α-Galactoside link on glactomannan in leguminous can also be hydrolyzed by GALAZYME into mannose.
