Grainzyme PLUS is a food grade liquid formulation of concentrated cellulase and xylanase produced from a refined fungal strain Trichoderma reesei. It contains high activities of xylanase, beta-glucanase and abundant side activities, which work effectively on the hydrolysis of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP).
Grainzyme PLUS is specially designed for corn wet-milling process. It can effectively improve the fiber separation efficiency, lower water holding capability of fiber and lower the bound starch content in the fiber; it improves the utilization of equipment, saves energy costs of fiber drying and improves the throughput of your plant.

Working pH range 4.0-7.0, optimum 5.0-5.5;Temperature 35-70°C ,favorable at 50-55°C .

100-200mL of Grainzyme PLUS per ton of corn starch.
