SQzyme BG is a high concentrated Beta-Glucanase (EC 3.2.1.6) made from refined fungal strain by submerged liquid fermentation and extraction technology.
It hydrolyzes β-Glucosan in efficiently into glucose and other low molecular material, so as to reduce the viscosity in cereal-based mashes when used in the production of alcohol and fuel ethanol. It is also broadly used in other industries of brewery, animal feed and etc.
