Acid beta-mannanase is successfully developed by Suntaq. This new beta-mannanase SQzyme MS P has better acid tolerance than the previous version. This new version has pH profile as low as 2.0-5.0. Also the heat stability is greatly improved. SQzyme MS P has over 70% of activity after pelleting at 85℃, which is twice comparing with the common mannanase in the market.
