Suntaq launches several new types of enzymes to the market –SQzyme LS P (Lipase). This lipase is a fungal source enzyme which can hydrolyzes lipids. The major application for SQzyme LS P is bakery. The advantage of using SQzyme LS P is to improve dough properties by reducing sickiness, enhance the dough stability by improving gluten strength, improve crub structure and so on. When combining with SQzyme FA P and SQzyme XS P, it will show greater synergistic effects.
